ShopUp Ghana delivers products across all 16 regions of Ghana. This policy outlines our shipping options, costs, and delivery timeframes.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by:
- Distance: Further locations may have higher fees
- Weight & Size: Larger items cost more to ship
- Delivery Speed: Express delivery costs more than standard
- Seller Location: Shipping from same region is usually cheaper

Free Shipping: Some sellers offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Look for the "Free Shipping" badge on products.
4. Order Tracking
Track your order through:
- Order History: View status in your account dashboard
- SMS/WhatsApp: Receive updates on your registered phone number
- Email: Get tracking updates to your email
Order statuses include:
- Pending: Order received, awaiting seller confirmation
- Confirmed: Seller has accepted the order
- Processing: Order is being prepared
- Shipped: Order is on the way
- Out for Delivery: Arriving today
- Delivered: Order has been delivered
5. Delivery Options
Home Delivery
Items are delivered directly to your specified address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Pickup Points
Some sellers offer pickup at designated locations. Check for "Pickup Available" on product pages.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay when you receive your order. Available in select areas:
- Greater Accra (most areas)
- Kumasi Central
- Other major cities (check at checkout)
6. Delivery Requirements
- Please provide a working phone number for delivery coordination
- Include landmarks or detailed directions for hard-to-find locations
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- Check items before signing for delivery
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails:
- First Attempt: The courier will call and try again the next day
- Second Attempt: Final attempt within 2 business days
- After Failed Attempts: Order may be returned to seller; you'll be contacted for rescheduling
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your delivery is damaged or items are missing:
- Note the issue when signing for delivery
- Take photos immediately
- Report within 24 hours through your account or contact support

9. Public Holidays
Delivery is not available on Ghana public holidays. Orders placed before holidays may experience delays. Major holidays include:
- Independence Day (March 6)
- Easter (dates vary)
- Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha (dates vary)
- Founder's Day (September 21)
- Christmas and Boxing Day (December 25-26)
